”The report on Azerbaijan obviously shows that the state is far from democracy. Majority of the planks in the report were on numerous negative phenomena in Azerbaijan. That’s why the spokesman as well said that the speeches mainly run counter to the reality. The document is important and the report doesn’t give Azerbaijan occasion for delight”. Armenian delegation head Tigran Torosyan commented the report on Azerbaijan this way.

As to the fact that Azerbaijanians again portrayed Armenians as terrorists, Mr. Torosyan said: “It is evident that it was a beforehand organized action. I repeat that the document is significant and Armenians are not labelled as terrorists there“.
