Azerbaijanians did Mrs. Gyultekin Hajieva the honour of accusing Armenians. First Gyultekin Hajieva said in a gentle voice: “Spokesman criticized my state but one must not forget that many reforms were implemented in Azerbaijan”.

When talking about Armenia Gyultekin Hajieva became stricter: “Armenians have occupied our territories and launched hostilities there, held elections, which received the negative appraisal by CE”.

At the end Mrs. Hajieva even blamed CE: “Why is CE silent? Why doesn’t it stop Armenia for breaking the rights of Azeri refugees“.

Azerbaijani delegation member Samet Seidov supplemented Gyultekin Hajieva: “We do hope to reach mutual understanding over Karabakhi issue in CE and Armenians will return our territories, the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan will be restored and Armenians will withdraw their troops from our territory”.

Herkel Andres, one of spokesmen on Azerbaijan noticed that those making speeches deviated from the issue.

CE went on to discussion of 16 changes prepared by monitoring group.
