Today Armenian Parliament Speaker Arthur Baghdasaryan has received the members of the delegations for people’s management subcommittee of Security of Civil Development Commission of NATO PA and NATO’s Partnership Committee of Political Commission.

Armenia is a NATO PA associated member. It has been participating in NATO projects since 1994 and numerous examples of successful cooperation have been registered at that period.

Issues regarding Armenia’s relationships with the neighbors, the activity of Armenian peacemakers, and the relations between Armenia and Turkey were discussed during the meeting.

It was stated that Armenia is interested in establishing friendly relations with all the neighbors, in the peaceful settlement of the regional conflicts and regional stability.
