TERRI DAVIS: PEACE TALKS WILL PRODUCE NO RESULTS WITHOUT KARABAKH PARTICIPATION IN NEGOTIATION PROCE
Support A1+!New PACE Secretary General Terri Davis made a report on Karabakh at the PACE Thursday’s session.
In his speech Davis put special emphasis upon the fact that Armenian and Azeri people have bitter and profound hatred for each other. In his opinion, it should be taken into account in the process of conflict settlement. He also underscored the need for Karabakhi side participation in negotiations saying otherwise peace talks would produce no results.
David Atkinson is likely to succeed Davis as Reporter on Karabakh as the latter was elected this Tuesday as PACE Secretary General.
