On Wednesday, president Kocharyan, answering the questions PACE reporter on Armenia Yerzi Yaskernia put to him, said constitutional reforms new package would be ready by the end of this year and constitutional referendum would be held the next year.

Member of Armenian delegation to PACE Shavarsh Kocharyan says it seems there is no any project at all. Had the project been worked out it would be presented to Venice Commission, he said.
