”New Times” Party Chair Aram Karapetyan doesn’t blame Opposition for not participating in the dialogue. “There is a Coalition is the country, which is responsible for the economy. There is a President who is responsible for force structures. There is a Defense Minister who is responsible for everything”, he says.

Following activity of Armenian Authorities, Aram Karapetyan made sure Armenia gradually becomes “outcast” state just because of the present policy line.

As to development of Armenia, Mr. Karapetyan says: “Where is the growth? We don’t we feel it? Mr. President, how can you see it while we do not?”.
