7 members of People’s Party of Armenia were taken to Police in Artashat City. Their relatives assembled near the Police building during the day.

Major Karapetyan, Vice-Head of Artashat Police informed us those taken to Police are not arrested, they are invited. “We have many criminal cases, even murder. So we want to check”, Major said.

Relatives of the non-arrested assured to the Major their sons and brothers had come to partake in rallies. “Set them free! They won’t go for meetings”, a woman said.

”We have brought them here for our job - to account over the crimes”, Major Karapetyan said.
