The get the sum Armenian Government has already introduced the fitting program. According to Pascuale, the finances will be allowed within economy freedom, investments for people and efficiency of corruption prevention. He informed USA Congress had put more than $ 1 billion for the project account.
”Corporation fulfilling the project has demanded extra $ 2,5 billion for financing next year”, Mr. Pascuale said. He warned USA expected the states participating in the program to make progress in political and democratic systems.

”While working out the project we found that providing freedom for own people is conditioned by success in the economy field”, Carlos Pascuale said.
He noticed USA would keep watching the developments. “Naturally, we will take into account the course of events in Armenia, publications of Mass Media and the information of USA Embassy”, Mr. Pascuale said.
He reminded that Armenia has political and civil freedom problems.
