Communist Party of Armenia in particular expressed a strict stance saying it rejects Opposition-Authorities dialogue. “The dialogue must be conducted between Authorities and people”, CPA First Secretary Ruben Tovmasyan said.
His party voiced full support to the activity of Opposition figures in PACE.
Famous actor Ervand Manaryan made a speech, too. He spoke about April 13 events and Grisha Virabyan who was beaten and operated. ”If we are the nation possessing dignity, we must fight and not allow anyone to beat us”, he said. He called to condemn the actions of Authorities.
As to menace by Andranik Margaryan to turn into Opposition in case of being dismissed Ruzan Khachatryan addressed to the rally participants: “Is there any place for Andranik Margaryan among you?” “No!”, everyone shouted.
By the way, EU flag was being waved in Freedom Square. The ways to the President’s residence will be closed by 4 water-carrying and barbed-wire vehicles, soldiers and “order protectors”.
