- You have received the draft of the report. What is it alike comparing with your expectations?

-The expectations are not essential. The document is basic. I think it is good. Of course, there are planks that need to work on. But even if the document remains like this it is significant for Armenia and favorable to settle the situation.

-You now work on the suggestions. Do you have ones already formed?

-It is necessary to make more accurate some planks. There is one that is to be brought in correspondence with the wordings in January. There is another where the Constitutional Court decision could be phrased more precisely. And the last point doesn’t correspond to the situation, I think.

- When did you receive the report draft? It wasn’t ready till late night yesterday.

- I had the preliminary paper and the decisions made by the Commission were there. One could work on it.

- Why was it late?
