PACE MONITORING COMMISSION WRAPS ITS TODAY SESSION
Support A1+!PACE Monitoring Commission has already completed its session.
A document preliminary adopted by the commission condemns facts of violence and arrests in Armenia. If the thinks won’t be but right till June, Armenia’s CE membership will be called into question.
Both pro-governmental delegates and their political opponents were unhappy about the document adopted.
The commission statement that international structures have recognised legitimacy of elections in Armenia was strongly objected by the opposition MP Shavarsh Kocharyan. His objections were admitted by the commission.
Proposals on the document will be submitted till Wednesday morning. Then final wording will be decided.
