Justice parliamentary fraction secretary Victor Dallakyan said in his speech he along with National Unity fraction MP Alexan Karapetyan had met with the ruling coalition representatives today. He said no ultimatum had been put forward. Dallakyan said the opposition MPs had merely made it clear that only confidence referendum bill might lay due groundwork for dialogue, if passed by the parliament by April 12.
