OPPOSITION HAS COMMON GOAL OF OUSTING REPUBLIC’S LEADERSHIP FROM POWER
Support A1+!The republic leaders, who seized power, must resign, National Unity party leader and MP Artashes Geghamyan said at today’s rally. He invited the rally participants to the united opposition rally that is to be held coming Friday in Liberty Square.
The authorities are unable to tackle crisis in the country, he said. “If we want to get rid of corruption and lawlessness, Robert Kocharyan and Serge Sargssyan must leave office”, Geghamyan said in his speech.
In his words, new president elected by people should dismiss the current parliament and ensure just and fair parliamentary elections.
National Union leader also said it’s not so easy to intimidate the opposition. He urged the law enforcement not to dance to Kocharyan’s and Sargssyan’s tune and not to hinder people’s struggle.
