President Kocharyan signed a decree Thursday on including Deputy Military Prosecutor Hector Sardaryan in the Justice Council as a member for a 5-year term.

By another order Kocharyan gave Sardaryan State Councilor title of third degree.

It is remarkable that Hector Sardaryan has a direct bearing on preliminary inquiry in Tigran Naghdalyan murder and Armen Sargsyan indictment.
