DEPOSIT RETURNING WILL BE DICUSSED IN PARLIAMENT

Politics

The activity report of the Parliamentary Committee on Considering Potential for Returning or Compensating Deposits was discussed.

During discussions over the issue Parliament Speaker and Land of Law Party Chair Arthur Baghdasaryan was out of the Parliament Hall except the last minutes.

At the end of the discussions it turned that LL members were offended by their partners who had hinted while making speeches that LL in Parliament fulfils the pre-election promises.

LL member Artak Arakelyan responded to those hints, of which one could suppose – the condition for returning the deposits is LL principle and not a pre-election promise.

Chair of the appropriate Committee, LL member Samvel Balasanyan stated in his turn: ”Instead of discussing the report we got into unnecessary scrapes and gossips”.

Enjoying the right for making a special speech at the end of the discussions and taking into account some parliamentary powers Arthur Baghdasaryan announced: ”Some say one thing but show another”.

Parliament Speaker reminded that only Land of Law hadn’t started the process. A political reconciliation had been reached at between 3 Parties and the Parliament Committee was set up after that.

Parliament speeches on the problem have today been gentler than yesterday. So all the MPs came to terms all the political powers and authorities bear the responsibility to return the deposits.
