She added that Authorities had done their utmost for possible implementation of the commitments since 2003 September.
Vutova said that the Law approved by Parliament over non-review of life imprisonment for some crimes runs counter to the European standards and needs to be revised.
She informed that the Law on Alternative Military Service needs to be reconsidered and suggested to make 42 month-long term 36.
Vutova announced that CE had voiced concern about lack of pluralism and dependence of electronic Mass Media in Armenia. “A1+” TV Company problem had been underlined within that context.
