ARF AND REPUBLICAN ARE AGAINST KOCHARYAN

Of course, there is danger that in this case as a result of voting on the 2 bills none of them will win enough votes. So the bill, which gains most of votes, will be put to the next referendum”, he said.
ARF head Levon Mkrtchyan considered as intolerable the idea of putting the 2 bills to referendum simultaneously. ”I think discussions over the 2 bills must be moved to Parliament to avoid that joint process. Then the bill gaining most of votes in Parliament will be put on referendum”.
Tigran Torosyan was as well against the referendum on 2 bills. ”Putting the 2 bills for referendum is beyond Constitution. Parliament won’t carry out its commissions”.
