AN ALTERNATIVE FOR OSCE MINSK GROUP
Support A1+!It turns that another group independent of OSCE Minsk Group has been acting for 3 years. It works out the suggestions on Karabakhi conflict settlement. The group assembles at the well-known place “Snegiri” near Moscow.
The 5th meeting of it has recently taken place. The suggestions of 3 years were elaborated and introduced to OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs.
It is noteworthy that among those suggestions welcomed by Azerbaijani, Armenian and NKR representatives there is no plank saying NKR is to be in composition of Azerbaijan.
Democrat Aram Sargssyan, who is the participant of Russian meetings, says their group is the only one where NKR representatives have full rights. ”It becomes clear that it was the only format where negotiation processes were really carried on”, Aram Sargssyan says.
