Support A1+!Ruling Coalition to Embark on 2004 Budget Discussion
The schedule of the 2004 budget coming discussions was considered at the ruling coalition’s routine session. It was decided that before putting the budget on the National Assembly floor, the coalition member parties would consider it and make final conclusion. The budget is to be discussed by the coalition on October 20. Macroeconomic indexes will be brought into congruence with each other and the budget will be divided into articles.
Coalition Meets with Kocharyan
Yesterday, the coalition members met with president Kocharyan and decided to hold such meetings once a month to discuss urgent problems. Issues related to constitutional reforms and amendments to Electoral Code were discussed at yesterday’s meeting. Prospects of the Parties Law reform were also discussed at the meeting.

Armen Rustamyan thinks the past few months show that the coalition members are gradually coming to common understanding of very important issues.
