”Justice” Bloc in the person of Arshak Sadoyan, Viktor Dallakyan and Shavarsh Kocharyan, called not to enter the issue upon the agenda. Moreover, Press National Club suggests an alternative bill, guarantying freedom and independence of the press activity.
Arthur Baghdasaryan reminded that approval of the bill on “Mass Information” can’t endlessly be dragged out, and approving it is CE’ demand, too. Nevertheless, Baghdasaryan meeting half-ways of “Justice” delayed the issue discussion for a day or two in order that MPs might familiarise themselves with PNC suggestions.
Discussion of the bill on “Mass Information” was entered on the agenda by 70 pros, 0 cons, 0 abstain. But it wasn’t discussed. “Justice” Bloc boycotted the voting.
The bill on “Mass Information” will probably be discussed tomorrow.
