Support A1+!At the previous court session on October 27 terrorist action case none of the legal proceedings participants protested lawyer Ashot Sargssyan’s proposal for cross-examination of three witnesses, former police officers. However, today judge Uzunyan declined that proposal, finding it irrelevant to the case.
The lawyer of Demirchyan’s heir repeated his plea saying only cross-examination provided an opportunity of clarifying a number of contradictions in testimonies given and find out who promoted the crime.
The terrorist attack key perpetrator Nairi Hunanyan made a statement saying the lawyer will newer know who had assisted him.
Defendants were very active during the session and behaved themselves as innocent people.
Nairi Hunanyan made pressure on journalist Narine Dilbaryan, a witness, while asking her questions by saying “maybe someone ask you to say so”. On October 27 at 17:00 Narine Dilbaryan sow him when he was talking with journalist Nairi Badalyan in Red Foyer of the House of the Parliament.
