WAY OUT OF THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS WAS KNOWN ON MARCH 11

Politics

“Process bearing no relation to elections was planned, prepared and implemented”, National Democratic Bloc Chair, MP Arshak Sadoyan said at today’s press conference.

”Justice” Bloc representatives to CC Artak Zeynalyan, Felix Khachatryan and Arshak Sadoyan once more drew attention of journalists to what high court didn’t notice or hear.

First Zeynalyan announced that they didn’t pin hopes on Constitutional Court. “CC performed just an arithmetical and mechanical process for show, and no qualitative or quantitative estimation was given in order that the elections might be declared invalid”, Zeynalyan says. He also informed they will going to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.

Artak Zeynalyan commented on the fact that CEC ex-Chair Artak Sahradyan was not appointed CEC member this way: “Moor did his job, and he was no longer necessary”. Arshak Sadoyan labelled Sahradyan as scapegoat.

”Justice” Bloc representative in CEC Felix Khachatryan called attention of journalists to the final speech of Tigran Mukuchyan, which particularly says: “The respondent, CEC, rejects the application introduced wholly. The documents, even if issues regarding the elections are dwelt on there, can’t be considered in high court, and in spite of inessential shortcomings, the results of the parliamentary elections by proportional procedure CEC published on March 11, 2003, fully correspond to the reality”.

In other words, way out of the parliamentary elections was obvious on March 11.
