NEW BUT TOO STALE OFFICIALS
Support A1+!It turns out that the Armenian Government doesn’t need new officials. The present leaders prefer to henceforth deal with the known persons.
As a result of such a wish, under Robert Kocharyan’s decree, former Yerevan Mayor Robert Nazaryan, Ervand Zakharyan, head of Governmental State Tax Service and Felix Tsolakyan, head of Control Service for the president’s staff, were transposed .
Beside the president Tsolakyan controlled the situation in the republic so much that he was entrusted to control tax proceeds in the republic as well.
Rearrange of the officials was carried out despite that PM Andranik Margaryan was pleased with Zakharyan’s manner of work in that post. “While Mr Zakharyan held that post, no breaches occurred” , he says.
However, Ervand Zakharyan is no longer head of Tax Service. He is Yerevan Mayor.
When introducing the new Mayor to 12 commune heads and Municipality workers, PM said: “I would like the commune heads to more seriously treat Yerevan problems and the issues raised by the Mayor. Of course, there were omissions during work. They need to be corrected. I do hope that the launched processes in Municipality will continue by Mr Zakharyan’s efforts” .
Government head is satisfied with Robert Nazaryan’s working at the Mayor post, but Margaryan has moved Nazaryan to the Committee on Co-ordinating Natural Monopoly.
Government plans to refer to work of rearranged officials in a month.
