Abrahamyan said complainants demanded to open 188 polling stations. 154 of them were opened.
CEC has received complaint from “Justice” alliance with demand to announce elections through party lists invalid. “Facts submitted to the commission were of declarative nature and the CEC was not able to conduct verification operations”, Abrahamyan said adding that there were some shortcomings during the electoral process, which, however, had no significant impact on results.
“Justice” bloc’s representative in the CEC Artak Zeinalyan objected to Abrahamyan’s statement about “declarative nature” of complaints saying the exact time of all illegalities was fixed precisely, even minutes are pointed.
The commission also read up the list of those elected in individual races saying polling was found invalid in 3 constituencies – 12th, 29th and 41st.
