“Mandate has become an auction subject. Even a dirtier one than an auction is as force, all kinds of violence were used, and everything was accompanied by election bribe. There is no impression that elections took place. I am sure that the new Parliament won’t function for 4 years. It will dissolve before the appointed time. Either the incumbent or the next one will dissolve it”, Communist Frunze Kharatyan told at the press conference.

The newly elected Parliament had a great loss - no communists were nominated to Parliament . Sanatruk Sahakyan, the second secretary of political committee of Armenian Communists’ Party, considers the fact ”as a result of planned malevolence and craft by high leadership of the country to Communists’ Party of Armenia“.

Sahakyan dwelt on by who especially ill-will and guile are displayed, the president or Serg Sargssyan, Andranik Margaryan or…? “By everyone led by the president” , he answered.

CP leaders announce that the negligence of Authorities to mass falsifications at the presidential elections gave rise to the parliamentary ones to pass in the climate of fraud, self-willed activity and election bribes.

“Communists’ party is sure that before the final summarisation of election results CEC will commit new falsifications. If a candidate for presidency holding the forth place becomes the president, what else can one expect from Authorities?” , Mr Sahakyan says.

CP members announced they would do their best to “unmask the antidemocratic powers up to the last one”. CP regards senseless to appeal to Courts for the dirty tricks over their votes, as the Court bodies, including Constitutional Court, are the marionettes of Authorities.

CP members say the constitutional ways for fighting against the authorities have been exhausted, and the people have the right for self-defence.
