Viktor Dallakyan, registered by the majority procedure in N 36 election district of Lori District, voices alarm that Authorities do various kinds of violence against him to eliminate him from electoral struggle.

According to Dallakyan, the script is the same. What was happening at the presidential elections, recurs at the parliamentary ones. “The junta seized the power commits large-scaled violence through its village heads in Lori District to illegally conduct the elections”.

Mr Dallakyan introduced some cases of unlawfulness. The brother of Lori District Head, who used to be the member of Standing Committee of Parliament on State and Legal Issues, is a candidate in one of the electoral districts. The second task of Henrik Kochinyan is to arrange matters so as Vladimir Badalyan, the matchmaker of Robert Kocharyan, passes as a result of the elections.

Defence Minister Serg Sargssyan, PM Andranik Margaryan etc ordered Lori District Head to do his best to hamper Dallakyan from passing. Dallakyan says Kochinyan was even threatened .
