ARTHUR BAGHDASARYAN’S OPTIMISM
Support A1+!“Orinats Erkir” party once has been known for holding extreme and nationalistic views that proven to be false later. Speaking today at Azdak Club, the party leader Arthur Baghdasaryan announced the OE has already got rid of false extreme and nationalistic ideas.
He also said those seeing reasonable ideas in the party ideology would cast their votes in favour of OE. “We are for criticism in the name of rational changes”, Baghdasaryan said.
The OE can’t be reckoned among uncompromising opposition parties, because, he said, they aim at taking power while “we are the opposition that struggling to change something”.
The OE chair also made an optimistic remark: “Don’t omit positive achievements. We have to accept the fact that our country is in better conditions than Azerbaijan”.
Arthur Baghdasaryan is convinced that his party would take significant number of seats in parliament. He thinks no political parties will win a majority in National Assembly. The majority will be formed within the parliament, OE leader says.
In his opinion, an interesting situation is created in the country: financial tycoons penetrated into political processes. Mr. Baghdasaryan voiced alarm at this tendency saying it is unacceptable “to sell our children’s future for a few thousand drams”.
