DON’T DISTURB, I’M INAUGURATING
Support A1+!Though after the elections Robert Kocharyan announced he would going to be the president of not only those who elected him but also of the ones who didn’t, by his inauguration today he proved he is the president of only a few hundreds of people or rather those who accepted his invitation and took part in inauguration.
The Armenian people couldn’t participate in vowing ceremony of Kocharyan even from a few-kilometre distance. All the roads to Hall of Government’ Sittings were closed in order that nobody might shout during the oath process disturbing Kocharyan.
Our law-enforcement bodies justified Kocharyan’s expectations by beating, cursing and other methods of their way. Of course, methods are of less importance as Kocharyan has proved for many times he always grants those supporting him / murder in “Aragast” café, services rendered by Hovik Abrahamyan on the threshold of the elections, knife stabbing, mass falsifications etc /.
However, Kocharyan carried his elections through, vowed upon Bible and Constitution and declared himself the president of Armenia irrespective of the will of the people.
But one must confess there really were people who were happy for Kocharyan to be the president. Especially Ministers, high rankers, MPs were shining. They saw Kocharyan to the car with an umbrella.
We know all of them. Though it wasn’t our fortune to watch those historical moments as entry to the building of Government Sittings was prohibited but one can imagine adulation and bow.
They were the same people who used to bend and kiss the hands of Vazgen Sargssyan and Karen Demirchyan.
By the way, only an old woman managed to approach Government building who shouted damning the newly-fledged president: “Don’t you see God doesn’t accept Kocharyan, too. Don’t you see God is crying for Armenian people. Don’t let Kocharyan to vow!” .
And the rain was growing heavier making control for the roads to Kocharyan more difficult.
