Support A1+!Advanced Youth Party of Armenia will second “Powerful Homeland” Party in the coming parliamentary elections .
Today Party Chair Tigran Urikhanyan held a news conference at Journalists’ House to substantiate their choice. “We have working experience with municipal authorities and the leaders are in this list” . Besides “they need support of the elder generation”.
2 of the advanced young people will participate in the parliamentary elections by majority procedure. They don’t do it by the proportional one as surveys showed the party “has made no contribution and is not known”.
AYPA Chair having an experience of activity with urban authorities, advises “Justice” party to concern itself with “improvement of the city” and not with participation in the elections.
According to Urikhanyan, “Justice” has no orientation and the members of it are not much whereas they have 3000 members and 700 activists, even without claiming for participation in the elections.
As to the young MPs in the present Parliament, AYPA Chair says “they have spread some activity” .
Advanced Youth Party of Armenia will hold a parade and a march on Republic Square on May 1 . The representatives of “Powerful Homeland” will take part in it, too.
