OCTOBER 27 TERRORIST ACTION TRIAL SUSPENDED REPEATEDLY
Support A1+!The October 27 terrorist action trial is being dragged out deliberately, said Aram Sargssyan’s attorney Oleg Yunoshev at today’s press conference. He said he feared that the pause in proceedings caused by judge Uzunyan’s alleged illness could be used for some illegal actions.
Yunoshev finds it surprising that those National Security officers, who had personally coordinated activity of Tigran Nazaryan, Public Television’s correspondent, on October 27, 1999, haven’t undergone interrogation till now.
Speaking on Tigran Naghdalyan assassination, Oleg Yunoshev condemned attempts to artificially attach this murder to Aram Sargssyan’s name and use it for certain political purposes.
A case cannot be considered solved and preliminary investigation testimonies cannot be made public until the crime motives aren’t clear, he says.
