E. Karapetyan, a member of the election commission of polling station N 0004/1, said two cases of hooliganism were placed on record here. Two young men entered the polling station. One of them managed to stuff a stack of ballots while the second was foiled in his attempt to do the same, as some members of the commission bared the offender from stuffing the box. At this very moment they were attacked by other members of the commission. Deputy chair of the commission played key role in the assault on those prevented stuffing.

Police didn’t take in custody the offender. They even didn’t interfere in the fight, during which the young man managed to escape. E. Karapetyan and A.Pitumov, Stepan Demirchyan’s proxy were badly bitten.

Voters witnessed the incident but feared to interfere. They decided to submit formal complaint.

Stepan Demirchyan’s another proxy L. Eghiazaryan said he has been taken in police custody after the first round and repeatedly threatened in a bid to prevent him from controlling voting process. The thing is that Stepan Demirchyan has won a majority at this very polling station where Eghiazaryan was working at the first round voting.

This polling station’s voter, Avetissyan, said that the names of three of his family members were not included in the list of voters in the first round. Despite the family restored its right to vote in previous round, this time their names were missing again.
