“Defence Minister has become the head of Kocharyan’s pre-election headquarters. It means Army will unanimously elect Robert Kocharyan” , he says.
The participants of Artsakh Liberation War made a statement which particularly says. “Feeling inevitability of the dangerously explosive situation in Armenia, we announce that we are ready to support for implementation of free, just and transparent elections on February 19” .
The commanders stated they consider it their duty to inform the present Authorities of Armenia, institutions of local government, law-enforcement bodies and especially the Police Head of Armenia there are 2-3 fighters for freedom having status of both proxies and observers in all the polling districts . They will take the appropriate steps if there are irregularities at the election.
The former commanders of Artsakh Liberation War say they have pivots to control and fix election irregularities. Record of any breach case will be introduced to the OSCE observers. Commanders of Artsakh Liberation War don’t second any concrete candidate, they consider all of them as equal , except the president-in-office, calling him a non-legitimate one.
