SERJ SARGSYAN HAS NO DOUBT ABOUT RESULTS
Support A1+!The head of Kocharyan’s electoral team Serj Sargsyan held a press-conference today. Sargsyan said he's sure that Robert Kocharyan will win the elections within the first round. He's sure that the nation will vote in favour of Kocharyan. In his opinion, opposition candidates have no chance to win the election. They are just striving for the second position, Sargsyan says.
Sargssyan thinks there really is struggle but through ”intolerable tricks” . He is sure there will be a winner in that struggle. “There are new hens that lay golden eggs. There are candidates who say they will come to the second round together with Robert Kocharyan” , Serj Sargssyan said.
Artashes Geghmyan didn’t serve in the Army, Sargssyan says. “Geghamyan graduated from Polytechnic Institute in 1971 and really avoided military service. He received the military book in 1984 after 60 day long courses in Yerevan. I also attended such courses in 1981 in Kiev, unlike Geghamyan” .
Serj Sargssyan won’t allow anybody to disgrace the people by coming to power. He also named some reasons for not tolerating shame: “What will happen if those calling us Turkish and foreigners come to power? How will the security problems be solved? Let’s remember Geghamyan’s map without liberated territories. What will be the fate of those 5000 perished? If a candidate is unable to explain clearly what he thinks over Karabaghi conflict, how will he carry on talks?” .
“Kocharyan’s policy over Karabagh won’t change. He won’t pursue a defeatist policy and won’t put the shed blood of our friends on the market” ,
Serj Sargssyan thinks there are no “private Mass Media to be impartial” . He says there is an unequal struggle field in the press - 8 candidates fight against 1 in the press . Mr Sargssyan also says at the next elections we will have non-biased Mass Media .
