Under this decision, season tickets for public transport are to be replaced with 2,000-dram monthly benefit for Great Patriotic War and 2,500 for Karabakhi war veterans. The benefit is also intended for utility payment. So, the veterans have to travel only on 1,000 drams and manage to pay for electricity supply from the rest 1,000.
It is worth to be noted that travelling by public transport costs from 40 to 100 drams. And what about consumer prices for power supply, each kilowatt of electricity costs 25 drams.
