Support A1+!Young Liberals Club is performing a number of meetings with presidential candidates. The leader of National Democratic Party Vazgen Manukyan became the first guest of the Club.
The atmosphere compounded the meeting between young generation representatives and experienced politician was quite controversial. For example, Reminding of his past-day political activity connected with Armenian Nation-wide Movement were making Vazgen Manukyan nervous. Young Liberals asked him what happens, if upcoming presidential elections will become a mere repetition of the 1996 presidential elections, when Robert Kocharyan was elected as president despite the fact that Manukyan polled the majority of votes.
National Democrats’ leader didn’t want even fancy that saying God forbid! Taking these elections with determination Manukyan are not engaged only in propaganda but also making sensational predictions. He says the election is to be completed in one round and winner will be Kocharyan. Then added: “Me or Kocharyan”. And what about the opposition alliance’s common candidate, Manukyan thinks he has no chance to win the election.
