Support A1+!”There is anarchy in Armenia. Armenia has one legal but an exiled president – Levon Ter-Petrosyan and the present and the illegal one – Robert Kocharyan” , Vartan Petrosyan, Chair for “Hayots Tun” Union, announces.
Representatives of several social organisations, initiative groups of social organisations, demanding Ter-Petrosyan’s return and simply interested ones gathered today in the Hall of Chorus Art House to try to understand chances of the first president to come back.
Vartan Petrosyan announced he finds it expedient that “Republic” and People’s Party of Armenia to make a trio with Levon Ter-Petrosyan . He said he didn’t care of who out of Levon Ter-Petrosyan – Stepan Demirchyan – Aram Sargsyan trio will be elected but they can take the country out of crisis.
He also suggested to appeal to Central Election Committee and demand it not to register Robert Kocharyan from Karabagh as a candidate for presidency. “Under the administrative and territorial division, made by Artak Sahradyan, Karabagh doesn’t form a part of Armenia, i.e., Karabagh is not divided into election districts. So, if Kocharyan is registered, either Karabagh population is deprived of suffrage or only Kocharyan is from Karabagh” .
