“There were falsifications, of course. But I must say Vardan Ghukasyan won10.000 of votes. He really works for benefit of Gyumri, unlike the previous one. The Authorities just made falsifications on order not to lose their pave ”,- he says.
According to Manuk Gasparyan, Ghukasyan alleges the construction works in Gyumri to be carried out by his or budget finance . “People don’t know it to be Linse’ sums ” . Manuk Gasparyan thinks Robert Kocharyan to win 30 of votes.
