The period of October and November is to be turning point for Civil Council’s employees. The new council planned to be formed on competition basis in October. The members of the council will choose the employees to new posts such as the republic president, Parliament Speaker, executive bodies’ leadership and so on.

The heads of 36 governmental bodies will participate in the tender. 529 applications were received for 55 vacancies.

Special order for the tender conducting is worked out. A questionnaire comprises questions on Constitution, civil service and logic will be composed. Persons of immaculate reputation should be elected for the leading positions.
