VYACHESLAV TRUBNIKOV SAYS KARABAKHI PEOPLE OPINION SHOULD BR TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION
Support A1+!“Nagorno-Karabakhi people opinion should be taken into consideration, though it doesn’t means the recognition of the republic independence”, said OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair, Russian Foreign Deputy Minister Vyacheslav Trubnikov on his arrival in Baku on September 28, as Azeri ANS TV Company reports.
Talks are to be based on Key West format (2 presidents plus 3 Co-Chairs). Co-Chairs don’t rule out stage-by-stage version of Kasrabakh conflict settlement.
Trubnikov said the recent Aliev, Kocharyan meeting held in Sadarak made a very positive contribution to peace process. He also said the Co-Chairs are looking forward to continuing the talks between the two presidents at forthcoming summit of CIS member countries.
