OSCE MINSK GROUP IN BAKU
Support A1+!Though OSCE Minsk Group’s Co-Chairs have no new proposals on Karabakhi problem settlement, some ideas are still to be submitted for Azeri leadership consideration, Azeri ANS TV Company quoted Co-Chair Rudolf Perina as saying Saturday upon his arrival in Baku. US diplomat also said the resumption of military actions might have irreparable consequences to both sides. That’s why Co-Chairs intend to continue peace talks with parts.
Answering the question relating to the Azeri side numerous statements about Minsk Group incapacity, Perina said the Co-Chairs would understand and respect the parts’ decision to change the format of the talks if it made.
Meanwhile, the diplomat thinks this format is the most acceptable, ANS reports.
