Support A1+!9 months ago a branch separated from National Democratic Union to establish Armenia's Democratic Liberal Union. Today's conference supposed that the initial phase of the party forming was over.
Party head Seyran Avagyan today introduced ADLU' s political orientation, the coming strategy and the activity. He is sure ADLU having been created in the heated political field is the only political power, naturally determined and corresponded to the time and it is going to make surprises for all the coming elections.
Avagyan thinks the 16 parties to have been united impetuously. He also considers unfounded the conversations as if ADLU may join other parties, including NDU, aiming some interests . ADLU adheres to the policy of pro-center right power. Declining cooperation with the left powers in general, ADLU also casts doubt on association with right powers.
According to Seyran Avagyan, ADLU is the only political power to represent the interests of a certain stratum of the society .
"As to the chair of the party department, I'm not going to nominate myself to the office. But we will certainly take part in the presidential elections" ,- Seyran Avagyan says.
Party members will dwell on candidate and other issues after the congress in November.
