HMAYAK HOVHANNISYAN HAS NO IDEA WHO DESERVES TO BE THE PRESIDENT
Support A1+!MP Hmayak Hovhannisyan has no candidate for the 2003 presidential elections . He either has no standpoint on that who the common candidate of the Opposition might be.
He thinks the present Opposition spends too much time to determine the common candidate . The Opposition won't manage to mobilise the electorate for voting on the election eve.
According to Hovhannisyan, the members of the Opposition involved in the 16-th size try to find out through various standards who the best of the acting leaders in the sphere is . "This size could be useful for them to initiate an Autumn activation. But it is no good for the elections. The only chance of the Opposition to throw down the gauntlet to the present president is the chance of the second phase ",- Mr Hovhannisyan says. According to him, the advantage of the second phase is that the whole people and not the members of the Opposition determines the only candidate of the Opposition .
