IT'S NOT THE TIME TO DEAL WITH BLACK-OUT WINDOWS

"If the Armenian authorities are concerned with the nation, then it's not the time to deal with black-out windows, but the time to think of becoming a factor in the region", - states academician of the Academy for Social Sciences of Russian Federation, PhDr on Political Science Aram Karapetyan.

Mr Karapetyan is sure that if United States will succeed in "getting control over the region", it will be a theoretical entrance of USA into Armenia, but, in fact, it will mean the presence of Turkey in Armenia. That outcome is advantageous neither for USA, nor for Russia and Armenia, considers Aram Karapetyan. His final prognosis is optimistic: Russia will not leave Caucasus for the time being.
