THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ACCEPTED THE LAW DRAFT OF “TRANSPLATATION OF HUMAN ORGANS AND TISSUE”
Support A1+!The National Assembly accepted the law draft of “Transplantation of human organs and tissue.” Till now unique cases of transplantation of organs were registered in Armenia.
The law draft says that transplantation is allowed only in case medical treatments cannot assure the life safety of the sick or his health recoverment. The law draft fixes that human organs cannot be for sale.
