THE TRIAL ON "27-TH OF OCTOBER" CASE CONTINUES

Today the tape on the 27-th October case was demonstrated again in the trial at prosecutor's request. Defendant Edik Grigoryan's lawyer Karo Aghadjanyan was against this procedure – he considers this as an infringement at this phase of the case as the tape has not been examined at the Court yet.

But the prosecutor and the judge think that the watching wouldn’t be an evade as the tape is a real evidence.While watching the prosecutor was trying to find out whether the accused had entered the Hall by the preliminary arrangement or not. The public prosecutor insisted on the point that Grigoryan was a terrorist group member and all he had done was according to the plan.

All the efforts to make him watch the tape Edik Grigoryan considered as an enforcement. He also said he hadn’t taken part in the felony and would never answer the prosecuter’s questoins.
