ANOTHER PROPOSAL OF PARUYR HAYRIKYAN
Support A1+!People of Artsakh deprived of their right to be a part of international community because they have not been participating in RA parliamentary elections, says the head of the Human Rights Commission Paruyr Hayrikyan.
Mr. Hayrikyan submitted a proposal to give Artsakh people a right to be participants of all the elections in Armenia. His proposal wasn't unambiguously accepted and will be discussed at the next meeting.
