Camera fixes woman with victim's bag (video)
On September 27, a citizen reported that at 11:20 pm on the same day she dropped out of the N47 bus at the intersection of Baghramyan and Orbeli streets and noticed that her bag was missing. One of the cameras recorded a woman who dropped out of the same bus and the victim's bag was in her hands.
