Aram Voskanyan appointed head coach of Alashkert

Aram Voskanyan has been appointed head coach of Armenia's Alashkert football club. The press service of the club reports. The 43-year-old specialist headed the Yerevan Banants, which has become the previous season's vice champion of Armenia,. However, at the beginning of the current championship Aram Voskanyan resigned. Andranik Babayan has been appointed the first assistant coach. The 42-year-old specialist has worked with a number of Russian clubs since 2008 to 2018. He worked with the Russian Volga team and was appointed as head coach of Ararat-Armenia during the preparations for this season. Physical training coach Manuk Sargsyan and coach goalkeeper Armen Kirakosyan were included in the coaching staff, too. On September 25, Alashkert will have its first training headed by Aram Voskanyan.
