Shant 2018 military drills continue (video)
Within the frameworks of the Shant 2018 military drills, the RA Ministry of Defense has presented to the mass media the actions envisaged by the scenario of the exercise. The geopolitical situation in the region us changes conditionally, situation on the border has aggravated, there are losses. The ministries are now operating in an emergency regime, as man-made and natural disasters are considered to be, as well as the risk of inflow of refugees. There is a conventional threat that terrorists can penetrate into Armenia with refugees. The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs also carries out its functions in the emergency regime. The ambassadors were summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in order to be informed about the current situation and the position of Armenia.
