17 years ago, on September 11, 2001, Al-Qaeda terrorist group seized several planes and sent them to the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York and to Defense Ministry-the Pentagon. The terrorists were also planning to send another plane to the White House, but the plane crashed near the town of Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and did not reach the target. According to official data, 2753 people died in the World Trade Center, 184 people in Pentagon, and another 40 were killed in Pennsylvania because of the plane crash.
